Franco Colapinto secured his best finish in Formula 1® at the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DU CANADA 2026, crossing the line in sixth place.
The Argentine has found his stride since BWT Alpine Formula One™ Team brought their upgrade package to the car. In Miami, Colapinto secured a seventh-place finish, his best F1® result at the time. He didn't take long to go one better, securing P6 in Montreal in a standout performance. Despite picking up some damage to his front wing, Colapinto was able to continue and drove well to manage the damage, coming home in a career-best position.
