Kroos will retire in the summer and leaves an impressive legacy as one of the game's all-time greats. The 34-year-old has enjoyed a trophy-laden career with Real Madrid C.F. in Spain and with FC Bayern München in Germany, having won five UEFA Champions Leagues, four UEFA Super Cups as well as many more domestic and indicidual honours. Kroos will play his last club-game in the UEFA Champions League final for Real Madrid C.F. before ending his player career at the upcoming UEFA European Championships in the summer.
